Join us for the annual Falcon Lacrosse Summer Clinic. This clinic will offer individual skill development, positional development, game concept training, and the opportunity to compete in live scrimmages. Athletes will have the chance to showcase and learn from current UWRF staff and players in both drill and competition settings. Open to all high school varsity (or projected varsity) players, Falcon Lacrosse Summer Clinic will elevate your skills and equip you to play at the next level. Come fly with us.

Schedule:

8:30-8:55 – Arrive and check in

9:00-9:15 – Welcome and Warmup

9:15-10:30 – Skill Development Stations

10:30-10:45 – Snack break

10:45-12:00 – Position Splits

12:00-1:00 – Lunch

1:00-1:30 – Athlete panel

1:30-4:00 – Afternoon session - Live Play

Please bring goggles, stick, mouthguard, cleats, water bottle, and a snack.

FALCON FLIGHT YOUTH LACROSSE CAMP 2026

About

Falcon Flight Youth Lacrosse Camp is designed for young athletes who want to explore the game of lacrosse. Prior experience is recommended, but not required. Led by UW River Falls Lacrosse coaching staff and current athletes, this camp will provide a fun and supportive environment for young athletes to learn fundamentals through drills and small sided games. Campers will be split by age and gender for the majority of drills and activities to ensure an appropriate level of challenge and instruction.

Cost

$90 per athlete

What to Bring

Lacrosse stick, proper safety equipment (girls - goggles, boys - helmet and gloves), water bottle, snack, cleats or turf shoes.
